Mr. Alon Peled, CEO Co-founder and CEO of Palcom Systems, Alon Peled has nearly 20 years’ experience working with Oracle® products and solutions as a database administrator, a designer of databases, and a technical manager. He has tuned databases for companies in the United States, Israel, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and South Africa.
Among his other activities, Alon conducts Oracle DBA training for high-tech professionals. Prior to founding Palcom Systems, he served in the Computer and Communications Network Center (MAMRAM) of the Israel Defense Forces. In his spare time, Alon volunteers at the Tel Aviv Police Department.

Mrs Hagit Feibish-Shamir, Leading Oracle consultant
Mrs. Shamir is one the top DBA experts in the Israeli market and has over 17 years hands-on experience with Oracle since version 5. Besides her work for Oracle Israel as a technical sales consultant, Hagit was a leading DBA for Air-France in Paris and other complex Oracle sites in the US and Herzlia. Among her other tasks, Mrs. Shamir also conduct lectures regarding DBA cutting edge directions and other technical course. Prior to to her joining the privet sector, she served in the Computer and Communications Network Center (MAMRAM) of the Israel Defense Forces.
